- Satchel/Small Box $12.00
- Medium Box: $15.00
- Large Box: $20.00
- Extra Large Box (up to 10kg): $30.00
- Bulky Items: $40.00
- Products are packed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Our delivery partners pick up parcels each business day. Please be aware that large bulky items such as Trampolines may take up to a week to dispatch.
- Due to the size of some large orders, items may be sent in multiple shipments.
Special Item Shipping Prices:
- Bulky wooden climbing equipment such as Piklers and Learning Towers: $24.95 flat rate across Australia. Leaves warehouse within 1-2 business days.
- Oversized items including Scooters, KickBricks, Balance Boards and Wriggle Stools: $20.00 flat rate across Australia.
- Inflatable ball range: $20.00 flat rate across Australia
- Grace and Maggie Play mats: $14.95 shipping within Victoria. $29.95 to all other Australian states, except Northern Territory: $45.95. Leaves warehouse within 1-2 business days.
- Trampolines and Swing Sets: Free Shipping. Please note these large items may take up to 5 business days to dispatch.

Responsibility During Transit
The Sensory Specialist engages third-party courier services for the delivery of parcels. While we will make reasonable efforts to liaise with the courier on your behalf, we are not responsible for any delays, losses, or damages that occur during transit. In the event of a lost or damaged parcel, customers are required to contact us via email immediately so that we may assist in lodging an insurance claim with the courier.
Feedback and Complaints
Any feedback, complaints, or concerns regarding the delivery service should be directed to the courier company directly. The Sensory Specialist cannot be held responsible for the actions, delays, or errors of third-party courier services.
